I’ve been where you are. For 15 years, I lived in the trenches of the hospitality industry in Brașov. I managed three restaurants, and we worked hard to get them ranked #1, #2 and #3 on TripAdvisor.

I know the pressure. I know that 99% of guests are happy, but they stay silent. Meanwhile, the one unhappy guest will go straight to the internet to vent. I realised that to stay on top, you need balance.

I believe that fair relationships are the backbone of sustainable growth.
